Welcome to the Fujifilm Retail Platform. By registering and using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information
   This website is operated by Fujifilm Nordic AB. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Fujifilm Retail Platform. We provide this service to registered Fujifilm retailers, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
2. User Accounts
   To access and use the platform, you must be a registered Fujifilm retailer and create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.
3. Ordering and Points System
   Retailers may register eligible sales to earn points. Points are accumulated based on current reward rules and can be redeemed in the webshop.
   We reserve the right to modify, limit, or cancel the rewards program at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and Availability
   We reserve the right for certain products to be temporarily out of stock. The estimated delivery time is 4–6 weeks but may vary depending on availability and shipping conditions. Should your order be affected by delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
   We also reserve the right to correct errors and/or update our price list at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that contains incorrect pricing due to administrative errors.
5. Taxes and Legal Compliance
   In connection with sales competitions or incentive programs, any rewards, points, or products received may be considered a taxable benefit under current tax laws. The recipient is solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes.
   You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the use of our platform.
6. Returns and Cancellations
   Returns are only accepted for defective products or shipping errors. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
   Points used for redeemed products that are returned may be refunded at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
   We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in the rewards program.
8. Intellectual Property
   All content included on the platform—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Fujifilm Nordic AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
